The 2023 Port Wedeln Rules and Regulations govern the use of golf carts on Port Wedeln Association property.
These bylaws do not apply to the use of golf carts on the Port Wedeln Association public streets. Use of golf carts on the public streets is covered by the town ordinance.
Owners of golf carts must submit the following on a yearly basis:
- Signed waiver of liability and assumption of risk
- Golf cart registration form
- Copy of golf cart liability insurance in the amount of $500,000
